Abstract

Casim Coffee Business is one of the coffee processing micro enterprises in Jember Regency and needs business development. The objectives of this study are: (1) To identify and analyze what internal and external factors affect the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in Casim Coffee Business Development Strategy in Karampling Village, Skollambi District, Jember Regency (2) To formulate alternative Casim Coffee Business Development Strategy in Karampling Village, Skollambi District, Jember Regency (3) To determine which strategy priorities can be applied in Casim Coffee Business Development Strategy in Karampling Village, Skollambi District, Jember Regency. In this study, IFE Maliks Analysis, EFE Matrix, SWOT Matrix and QSPM Matrix were used. The result of IFE Matrix got a total score of 2.882 and EFE got a score of 2.760. The result of IE Matrix shows that the enterprise is in cell V i.e. Maintenance and Sustainment. Based on the results of SWOT Matrix Analysis, there are 10 alternative business development strategies. The results of QSPM matrix analysis reveal a strategic priority, namely, to actively participate in MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) bazaar events and increase awareness of products that can overcome the still not wide market in the local area with the highest appeal, with a value of 6,917.
